ABOUT MY PRACTICE

Helping children and young adolescents who struggle with anxiety learn strategies they can use for the rest of the their lifetimes is something that I love to do. As a child psychologist, I primarily utilize a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapeutic (CBT) approach, but I am flexible and often include play therapy, mindfulness, and interpersonal approaches as needed. It is important that your child enjoys therapy and feels connected to the process of reducing his or her anxiety. I always involve caregivers in the therapeutic process because the support a child receives outside of my office has a huge impact on the length and success of therapy. I am happy to work with schools or other professionals as requested. Please contact me for more information about my approach to therapy or to schedule an appointment.

*Please note that my office is on the second floor with stair access only. Please let me know if you need me to arrange an alternative meeting location.

*I do not provide 24 hour emergency services. Please call 911 for an emergency situation.
